Strawberry Tiramisù

STRAWBERRY TIRAMISU'
Ingredients:
°500g of mascarpone
°3 eggs
°3 tablespoons of sugar
°2 box finger biscuits
° 500 gr Strawberries
°Cold milk (you can use the strawberry juice with liquor if you prefer)
°white chocolate chip
Separate the yolks from the whites, placing them in 2 different containers.
Beat the egg whites until stiff with the electric mixer.
Work the 3 egg yolks aside with the sugar, always with the electric mixer. Then add the mascarpone to the egg yolks and sugar mixture, mixing with the whisk.
Once a lump-free mixture is obtained, add the egg whites until stiff, mixing gently and at low speed with the mixer.
In a bowl spread a thin layer of cream.
Wet the finger biscuits in the milk and arrange them neatly in the bowl.
Then spread a layer of cream.
Arrange a layer of chopped strawberries, and continue with a new layer of finger biscuits soaked in milk.
Finish with a layer of cream.
Let it rest in the fridge for several hours.
Before serving, garnish with freshly cut strawberries.
If you want you can create 3 layers of finger biscuits depending on the height of the container.
If you like it creamier, use 1
Kg of mascarpone, 6 eggs and 6 spoons of sugar
